AVetSM provides accurate motility and concentration assessments on fresh and frozen samples. Samples are thawed/ warmed to 37C and maintained at temperature using water baths and slide warmer. 

Concentrations are measured on iSperm device. Motilities are measured on both iSperm and by microscope at 100 and 400 X magnification.
